Diskripsi kerja :

  1. Prepare, produce, and run the drawing process to ensure the quality, productivity and no re-work in the process is achieve the company target and according with International Standard.
  2. Assist superior in analyze and develop a sketch from verbal request of engineer to be used for further process of drawing.
  3. Provide suggestion or input to superior in drawing process that able to result in cost deduction and or other point of view.
  4. Provide reporting to superior, including man-hours activity in order to inform the status of every assigned duties from superior.
  5. Cooperate with other discipline to smooth the project by confirmation and coordination about the related matter of the project.
  6. Assist and train the draftsman to be more professional and competent in their duties

  • D3 with 6 years experience at oil gas and industry or equivalent education and experience.

Diskripsi kerja :

  1. Demonstrate behaviors that match QMS Values, follow and apply PTFI She policies and procedures, in order to be a role model for development program participants.
  2. Demonstrate competence in the principles and application of competency based learning, so that development programs delivered and assessed meet CBD standards.
  3. Professionally deliver/facilitate on and off the job Competency Based Development in field of expertise in order to meet PTFI customer development needs and quality standards.
  4. Assist to create competency based learning materials so that learning programs delivered achieve their intended learning outcomes.
  5. Understand and competently apply professionally accepted principles of adult learning so that learners are given maximum opportunity to develop job competence.
  6. Assist to create competency based assessment tools, professionally conduct on and off the job competency assessments in field of expertise, in order to ensure assessment standards are met.
  7. Assist to schedule and communicate learning programs, follow schedules to ensure that programs are delivered as planned.
  8. Accurately record and report participant learning and assessment results so that participants records are consistently kept up to date and recorded in the company learning management system.
  9. Respond to customer learning and development requirements, provide appropriate technical support and advice in order to assist QMS meet/exceed customer expectations.

  • Minimum Education and Experience
  • Achieved a level of technical competence equivalent to that of an assistant instructor, master tradesperson or similar, supported by at least 8 years directly related work experience.
  • Qualifications in the delivery and assessment of competency based learning programs.

ENGINEER, UG EXP. GEOTECH DMLZ #1B – 9506

Diskripsi kera :

  1. Perform and supervise hydrology daily monitoring at Surface and Underground Mine area and ensure all date requirements are collected in regular basis.
  2. Analyze QA/QC regarding hydrology data and ensure to update all data collected into database in timely manner and quality consideration.
  3. Supervise hydrology activities and programs in Surface and Underground Mine such as Piezometer drilling and installation to ensure all the activities and programs are well running and meet the minimum target/requirement.
  4. Provide support to superior in development and improvement of any programs to enhance the level of expertise and expectation, including perform hydrogeology investigation program.
  5. Coordinate and maintain relationship with all concerned party within PTFI regarding Hydrology activities and programs to smooth the work process in achieving target.
  6. Gather and perform reporting paperwork regarding all data related such as RKL/RPL report in quarter and annual basis, Wetmuck report in quarterly and others hydrology reporting for further action and decision by superior.
  7. Supervise and control the budget usage in Hydrology activities and programs to ensure the actual are within budget.
  8. Ensure and supervise all hydrology monitoring equipments to be calibrated and ready to be used all the time.
  9. Direct and communicate company’s safety and environmental policies to ensure subordinates perform their duties accurately, effectively and efficiently in a safely and good condition manner.
  10. Provide technical and management guidance for subordinate through training and development, ongoing coaching to prepare for the sustainable employee development to the expanding organization.
  11. Monitor and review subordinate’s performance and assist them during their activities to minimize possibilities of re- work and to ensure compliance with time and quality standards required by the client and the company.    

Persyaratan kerja :

  • S1 Degree in Geology or Mine Engineering with at least 2 years experience in Hydrology and Hydrogeology especially at mining industry.
